If we are missing one, send it in. A photo of the flyer is the most useful thing you can send, but the details on their own are plenty.
Rough is fine. We check everything against the organizer's own info before it goes anywhere.
The name people know it by.
Name the place, or the corner it happens on.
A date or a rhythm, like every first Saturday.
The event's page or group, if it has one.
Only so we can ask if something's unclear. We won't send you anything else.
Sending it doesn't publish anything. Someone on our team looks it over first.
